At first, I thought this was dumb… like “why drive upside down?”… but this is pretty cool because it’s not really “driving upside down”. Honestly, it barely drove at all. What’s cool about this is that the vehicle makes so much downforce that the EV’s tires stay in contact with the platform even while being turned upside down. Check it out!

Jeff Bezos backed EV sstart up called Slate has partnered with Newsweek to tease their EV, set to be priced at $25,000 USD. Most details are unknown however the full reveal of this vehicle is scheduled for April 24, 2025. Newsweek plans to provide more detailed coverage of the vehicle starting on that date.

The GEELY EX5 undergoes a series of crash and safety tests and receives a 5-star rating. The simulated crashes are quite intense but interesting to watch. 4 various categories were tested including adult occupant, chiled occupant, vulnerable road users, and safety assist. Technology is often used for user convenience, but it also enhances safety for vehicle occupants immensely as shown in the video.

If you are just getting into EVs, looking to learn more or looking for a refresher this is a great video starting at the very basics and expanding and building on what you’ve learned.

This video is all about the BD Yangwang U7. It’s a compilation of various test videos that range from tight parking spaces to punture tests to slf driving capabilities.
Let this be another demonstration that Chinese EV manufacturers are not behind North American manufacturers. Also, per the video above showing the Geely EX5 crash tests, proves that they are safe as well. There’s a lot of people commenting on Chinese vehicles on various social platforms and trying to insinuate that Chinese vehicles are unreliable and/or junk which is not the case.
